FundsAudit is a real-time automatic auditing application designed to help users manage their finances efficiently. The App's core functionality relies on analyzing transactional SMS to generate insights into income, expenses, savings, and financial trends.

Important Note: SMS permissions are integral to the application, and users must understand the purpose and scope of the data we access.

2. Collection of Information

2.1 Transactional SMS Data

FundsAudit depends on analyzing transactional SMS received from financial institutions.
Does not access personal or promotional SMS.
Data is processed locally on your device.
No SMS content is uploaded to external servers.

2.2 Device Information

FundsAudit collects technical information such as device name, OS, device ID, and performance metrics to enhance performance and compatibility.

2.3 Optional User-Provided Information

Users may voluntarily provide email addresses for features like financial reports and data synchronization.

3. Purpose of Data Collection

Real-time financial tracking by analyzing SMS.
Generate insights on spending, income, and savings.
Create financial reports and visualizations.

4. How Your Data is Used

SMS Data: Analyzed locally on your device.
Device Information: Used for compatibility and performance.
Data is securely stored on HIPAA-compliant AWS servers in Mumbai (apsouth-1).
FundsAudit holds ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certifications.
Data is shared only with our verified financial partner, Incred Money.
No unauthorized third-party sharing or selling.

5. Consent and Control

Permissions are clearly explained during onboarding.
Users may revoke permissions via device settings.
Revoking SMS permissions disables core features.
Users can manually input data for limited use.

6. Third-Party Services

FundsAudit integrates with FinArt by Frienteer Software Pvt. Ltd. (www.finart.app) to categorize transactions. FinArt does not access or store personal messages.

7. User Rights

Right to access and update data via app settings.
Right to request deletion of personal data.
Right to limit data collection by disabling permissions.

8. Policy Updates

This Policy may be updated periodically. Significant updates will be notified via the app or website. Continued use indicates acceptance of updated terms.
