1. Subscription Fees

FundsAudit [User]: The subscription fee for the FundsAudit [User] service ranges from ₹99 to ₹199 per year inclusive of GST. This fee includes all features such as expense and income analysis, financial reports, and daily tracking services. The exact fee may vary based on promotional offers or changes in service packages.

FundsAudit [Business]: The subscription fee for the FundsAudit [Business] service ranges from ₹499 to ₹699 per 3 months inclusive of GST. This fee covers all services provided, including detailed income and business analysis, auditing, accounting, invoicing, GST reports, and business data & investment reports. The fee may be adjusted periodically based on market conditions or updates in the service offering.

2. Payment Terms

Frequency:

FundsAudit [User]: Payments are collected annually.

FundsAudit [Business]: Payments are collected every three months (quarterly).

Payment Methods:

Users can pay via credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, or other available payment gateways on the FundsAudit platform.

Automatic Renewal:

Subscriptions will be automatically renewed at the end of the subscription period unless the user cancels the subscription before the renewal date.

3. Pricing Adjustments

FundsAudit reserves the right to adjust subscription fees at any time. Any changes in pricing will be communicated to existing subscribers at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notifications.

Promotional offers and discounts may be available periodically, which can temporarily alter the subscription fees.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation:

Users can cancel their subscription at any time through the account settings on the FundsAudit platform.

Refunds:

Refunds are not available for partial subscription periods. If a user cancels their subscription, they will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current subscription period.

5. Terms of Service

Service Availability:

FundsAudit services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, there may be occasional maintenance or updates that could temporarily affect availability.

User Responsibilities:

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate and updated payment information. Failure to do so may result in subscription cancellation or service interruption.

Data Privacy:

FundsAudit is committed to protecting user data. All user information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Modifications:

FundsAudit reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the subscription policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users through email or in-app notifications.
